James N. Francis
Jim has been practicing law since 1974, after having graduated from the University of Texas in
1971 and Baylor University Law School in 1974. His practice has focused on personal injury
matters, but since 1995, has also included employment matters. He is a past president of the
Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a former director of the Texas Trial Lawyers
Association and state committeeman to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now the
American Association for Justice. He is a current member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers
Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.
Jim is a native Dallasite and third generation trial lawyer, continuing a family tradition of helping
individuals who have been harmed by physical injury or employment misconduct.

Robert E. Goodman, Jr.
Since 1980, Bob has practiced law in Houston and Dallas, Texas and Boston, Massachusetts. He primarily handled transactional and litigation matters in the fields of creditors' rights and bankruptcy until 1991, but since 1991, has largely handled employment and benefit and employment-related personal injury matters.
Bob was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in El Paso, Texas. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 and Columbia University Law School in 1980. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Massachusetts. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and Texas Employment Lawyers Association.
Bob is also the son of a lawyer, dedicated to assisting individuals uphold their legal rights in the
employment context.
